β β β β β We had come for exploring about admissions after hearing good about the school. At the gate, we have been told that neither can we visit the school to check the premise nor is there any counselling facility to understand the curriculum. The gatekeeper said that the only thing we can do is to collect the form and leave. This is inappropriate in my opinion, forms can be downloaded from the internet also. We had specially come from Sunder Vihar to visit.

β β β β β This question has been on my mind since I started working, and even now when I listen to people facing the same issues when it comes to getting your very first job and starting your career.
Why do people always want to hire people who are experienced, are freshers ineligible to get their 1st job in a good company.
Recently learnt about the experience of someone very close to me, she went to the very renowned JASPAL KAUR PUBLIC SCHOOL, Shalimar Bagh for an interview and wasted the entire day (8 am to 6pm) for an interview. And after clearing the rounds, she was asked to wait at the reception for about 3 hrs and she got rejected just bcoz she is a FRESHER (none of her abilities were considered just the 'Fresher' tag was prioritized while making a decision.
I want to raise this concern on a very serious note, if schools or organizations like these won't ever give a chance to people with all the theoritical knowledge and abilities, then how will a person get experience?
Coz the first thing that people are judged upon is the experience and not the ability or knowledge when it comes to your starting your career.

β β β β β These guys call for interview and then keep you waiting for hours, and if you are a fresher then pls don't waste your time..going for a job interview to this school. As they won't tell you in advance that the opening if just for the experienced ones and not freshers.
