★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am regular customer of Jawed habibs and I usually visit crown Interiorz salon, I went to habibs on 21st Sept for a hair cut of myself and my daughter, I came to know that the hair stylist which I preferred and liked named Akash Kumar was on leave that day, the lady at reception named khushboo advised to get hair cut done from hair stylist Shivam, first of all i would like to bring into the attention to JH biggest escalation point that Shivam is very rude, an over confident guy who doesnt know how to handle the customer politely, may be he thinks he's a manager there or owns the entire jawed habibs so he thinks he can talk to people in the way he liked, I wud urge & request here to ask to him to learn some manners how to deal with people in public politely and secondly inspite of my Instructions given prior to hair cut for myself and my daughter he just did what he knew or he wanted to do, but honestly telling before I could pen down this negative feedback, I made myself sure to relook on what he has done to my hair I could be wrong , but the hair cut done was very rough and uneven, no layers, no proper professional hair cut like it should be, very rough hand and over confident guy, pathetic customer service and behaviour, for such pathetic service, and due he know that he's cutting hair for a female not a guy, he was very rough and aggressive, this was the worst experience ever, I would not go for anything even for free to jawed habibs now.
I am regreting to get hair cut done from this guy '' shivam '' I wud hav rather waited for Akash but i had no time to visit salon again next day.
Posting some pictures of how hair cut turned out after we had taken a look at home, as when these people cut hair they don't let customer see what have they done.. They just start with their blow drying and curling etc process straight away, hence hair cut is not fully understood.
And I want to also add here the lady at reception named Khushboo also needs lot of training and customer handling skills on how to deal customers politely and professionally, I surprise how she become a boss or a manager at JH Salons when she doesn't hold those skills and etiquettes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've waited for more than 2 hours for hair cutting. They don't have systematic approach even the appointment entry process is vague and never answer correctly. One should take a early app before visit to them or else they will kill your time. They don't value at all and will keep you wait
