★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff members are not following Covid guidelines properly. Hairstyle equipments are not properly sanitized.
Some staff members are misleading customers with Costly packages and incomplete information.
Time taken for haircut &spa was a wasteful 4 hours.
Would recommend other spa nearby such as Enrich or White leaf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional behaviour from the person who did my hair cut , he was very rude , he didn't have too much hair on his head and giving too much advice to me , I have purchased combo of hair wash, hair cut and hair styling but he said why you applied oil of you did Shampoo ,it's my hair and I'll do whatever I want to , it's your job to give give service to customers what they have just purchased. He didn't even blow dry my hair ,he just stood me up like it's done .I told him which hair style I want but he didn't even care about that he just left my hair without getting styled. Water Is dripping on my clothes from hair.you can call me if you think you have provided good service.my name must be there as I have booked appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dollar was the hair stylist who did my haircut. I could clearly see the difference in my hair. He suggested what could go well to improve my hair quality. I would suggest people to get the haircut done from him. He was quite cooperative throughout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience with my son's haircut. The barber was very rough till my son kept complaining of being hurt but he was least bothered. He finished the hair cut in less than 5 minutes. After informing him that he has shortened the hair more than required he started arguing saying this is how it is done. He was very arrogant and irresponsible. He states that haircut doesn't take more than 5 minutes. It felt like I have never had a haircut earlier and
it was like my first time going to the saloon.
I asked the lady at the reception to speak to the owner who was least interested in getting to know the matter and said that he is unable to talk.
I would not recommend this saloon to anyone with such kind of behaviour and service from staff let alone the dirtiness of the place itself.

I'm so happy that I found such a salon where I can visit free mind..where people work wholeheartedly nodoubt about mobin bhai..Thanks alot..
