★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great and professional stylists. Did my hair to the T. They take in your suggestions and liking in to consideration before going forward with the style.
Sanitised me and mum totally before letting us in. Taking in everyone's contact details for contact tracing, everyone present wore and mask and a face sheild - good Covid measures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent and professional haircut salon in a place like Kharagpur, staff behavior is great, one point I would like to highlight is they do not have electricity backup because of which if there is a load shedding you might be stuck in the middle of anything you might be engaged in. I hope this would be sorted. Overall a good experience. I do visit there for a regular haircut every month and proper sanitizer and hygiene is maintained. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this were to be an experience in any other small town local salon..I wouldn't have bothered to review it..but since they have the HABIB tag some things needto be pointed out..
1. Highly unprofessional...Just because Kharagour isn't a Metropolitan city that doesn't mean you get to be less competent here...
The trainee who washed my hair was so rough as if she was bathing a Cow in a pond... her fingers hurt my head and gave me a headache..
2.The trainee was given direction by her seniors while they were busy with their respective assignments...
There MUST be separate training classes for new comers to get used to..
3 They don't have the skills to follow instructions...
4. They charge Rs 375 for male hair cut as of Nov 2021... If they cant manage the salon they can increase their rate and provide us with good service... I wont mind paying 400 bucks for a comfortable experience and so wud others who go to Habib and not any local salon..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went many branded salon, but Jawed Habib in bigbazar at kharagpur is too too much horrible and pathetic salon which i have never ever seen. I had a really very bad and poor experience.
First of all that owner aunty Mrs( sonali banejee) was too unprofessional where she doesn't know how to treat and talk to a customer. She actually need a professional training from a branded salon.
Now coming to the staff.
They were highly unprofessional. They don't know to provide a good service as well as the work.
I went thrice but my experience was too worst. I just squandered my money and time too !
Guys it's highly and super Highly recommended not to visit *Jawed Habib at bigbazar* , because they would ruin and squander your money.
I would highly recommend you to visit FASHION POINT AT INDA.
Because the working staff are too professional and positive in behaviour and the service is too awesome :) Just do visit FASHION POINT AT INDA , You would love it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an haircut yesterday, had a worst experience. Even a roadside barber has more skillset in compare to them. Exorbant price with poor quality, side blocks left untouched. The barber has no clue what he is doing and this is what you get after paying INR 400.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though it's a franchise of Jawed Habib and prices are reasonable as per normal standard, the services are not at all upto the mark. The staff always seem to be in a rush and don't take care while attending to you, the experience is worse than in roadside salon. Proper training is needed for staff to be more courteous and mannered
