Inspite of this you have to ask you staff, as a business person for how many times you will go to the customer and request for the things happening overe there.
Personal suggestio choose staff wisely for the best growth in ur business and reputation not fade the name and fame. Thanks for the response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and unprofessional, at Omaxe Connaught Place Mall, Greater Noida, UP.
Manager Anil( he said that he is but I hv doubt) allowed Yuvi (a very new self claimed hair dresser who can make things worst easily) to practice/ research on customers after complaints. I and one more suffered because of this.
In order to support their employees they don't want to listen anything even after a worst hair cut.
Why don't you allow them to work on their own staff for research and learning purposes.
A very very bad experience, never suggest to go, specially on your special occasions( personal request).
Supporting an employee is good but blind support is not good for brand reputation...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t go to Kiosk for male haircuts, they only give priority to females. They only have one person doing male hair cut, for him I waited for more than 30 min after which no one came.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my third visit. While the first two visits were satisfactory today's visit was disappointing. For haircut total three persons completed the job. Initially one person got me seated and started preparing for hair cut. Then he left and another person has taken over. After doing hair cut on one side he has asked another person to take over. The expected professionalism was totally missing. Their manners and the way they conduct them while dealing with customer needs to be improved.
Overall experience is generally ok But these aspects need to be looked into.
