★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited here twice. First visit was for hair spa, beard makeover, and haircut (done by Ali) and second one was for just the beard makeover (done by Manish). The first visit was on a weekday and the second one was on a Sunday.
While I was satisfied by the the first visit, the second one was horribly bad.
Based on my experience, here are the issues -
1. Their services are highly overpriced.
2. They become very unprofessional on Sundays. They rush through everything, don't listen to you, and absolutely don't care about your experience unless you are buying a bunch of services or buying their off-the-shelf products. If you are getting just a haircut or a beard makeover (btw that too is very costly), it doesn't deserve their attention.
I would suggest to only visit here on weekdays, if absolutely necessary and be ready to shell out a fortune. Else give it a pass. Based on my second experience, I won't be visiting again.

He was very professional and explained me the
whole procedure and guided me through.
It was a kinda long process, so he made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process
I also got a haircut from him according to my hair
type and need.
It was a great experience throughout.
Such a amazing nd friendly gesture by him. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC SERVICE! Literally farzi Looks.
Their appointment system doesn't work. Booked an appointment for nails after 3 days of trying and finally got an appointment for 6:30pm. Waited till 8pm!! Finally decided to go back home.
They don't make an appointment register, took another appointment for 6pm for someone else. When i called before coming, they didn't tell me to reschedule my appointment if they were all occupied. I came and had to wait till i couldn't tolerate it.
High time they learn time management and some basic skills of setting up appointments.
SAVE YOUR TIME GUYS, never going back.

Everyone is soft spoken and the service is great. Had an amazing experience here. Manish is a very professional guy who have end solutions to give his best in the work. He is the one who tell each and every single thing about your hairs and how to well protect them with dandruff and all.

He was very professional and explained me the whole procedure and guided me through.
It was a long process, so they made sure that I was warm and comfortable.
I also got a haircut from him according to my hair type and need.

I totally recommend "Shiva" for color, haircut and hair treatment. I loved it (please check the picture attached). He is very skilled, knows his work and definitely knows how to make his clients happy.
I also got manicure and pedicure done which was equally an enjoyable experience.
