★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on MY experience : Be Careful. Do not rely on their emotional marketing strategy. Have strong documentation towards scope of their work, agreed payment with terms and conditions. Everything signed and documented well in advance (may be even on simple plain paper) will ensure that after the completion of their work, you will not get SHOCKED and emotionally (blackmailed) by these people on ILLOGICALLY INFLATED Bill. Pay everything by cheque only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kitchen trolleys were arranged by my home owner. - I stay as a tenant at the property. So although I cannot comment on the prices, I certainly can speak for the quality of service.
The installation guys treated my home like their own workshop, doing all their cutting at my place and making a mess of things. I have had trolleys and cabinets fitted at my previous home, and the team I had arranged then had come prepared with the proper pieces and just took a couple of hours to have it fitted. In contrast, my experience with Jai Balaji Steel was a nightmare. As I mentioned earlier, they came with full pieces and were cutting and drilling at my home. Sawdust was flying all over the place, and it soon got pretty dusty and dirty, that I had to rush around covering all my furniture. The overall finish of the product is below average, the trolleys they fitted did not feel fresh and in fact was dusty. Although I checked with them if they were used, they denied it. The adhesive they used were dropped around carelessly and fell on parts of the trolley that I use. They took around 5-6 hours to complete the work that day. I had to spend several days to clean up the mess they left behind. The doors also had dirt marks all over on the inside, and even numbers inscribed on them (see the pictures).
They left without fitting the cutlery and said they would return in 2 days to complete the work. They turned up after 2 weeks with the missing piece.
Overall, I had a terrible experience with them, and would not recommend their services to anybody. Pretty unprofessional, in my opinion.
