★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst agency..! Nobody picks up call. After booking online it's been 10 days my cylinder is not delivered even though I book cylinder after 2 months..! Please improve your service and hire good polite staff..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, they keep fooling you .. first while registeration then for allotment of your cyclinder too. Behaviour of the male representative is really very arrogant & rude as if he is doing favor on us mind you IT US WHO ARE PAYING FOR THE SERVICE AND NOT ASKING FOR A FREE CYCLINDER. While booking i was said i will receive it the same day but after payment i was informed about the procedure according to which it would take 3 days. I had clearly asked this before hand but was informed that i will receive the same day only but after payment they denied the same. Which is not a good sign as if the same would had been informed me earlier i would be happy that they told me the reality but here i felt robbed. Even after registration today its 5th day still havent received my cyclinder yet. You try calling them they keep fooling you. Seriously pathetic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay Jyoti gas agency staff behavior is very rude on call, I have booked cylinder a week ago and received the message of delivery on next day but they didn't delivered the cylinder after 5 days of daily follow up and 5-7 call every day, still I didn't, received cylinder, very bad service. now I'm going to change distributor once I receive cylinder. very very very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Today they've sent inspection officer and he was 18 year old kid and he looted me very much like this valva is 490 and blah blah blah and ate my 1000 rupees and also did not gave me the bill print of it. Worst service ever.

No one receives the phone in the agency.It keeps on ringing but the officials there do not pay attention. It seems that no one is bothered about the customer there. Thanks.
