★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place, first of all is hard to find. secondly, it's a dark and dingy place. On top of it people here, are so very rude. It seems they know that gas cylinder is a basic necessity and customer have no other option than tolerate their bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached them for a new gas connection on Thursday, in December. I submitted documents, filled in some forms. They insisted that I pay them in cash. Surprisingly, in this era of digital payments and online booking, I found them to be slow and lethargic. I am gonna get my gas cylinder only after 5 days from the date of booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. I wish i could rate them below zero or can give zero star. The lady sitting in the office is too rude. Like i never met as rude person as her. There booking system is good and gas delivery rate is also fast but whenever any issue will arise regarding gas vents and maintenance of it, then this agency will start giving you rudest replies. And they don't care if you de-register from their agency. They will give you clear threats as "go and complain to higher authorities, we don't care". These are the words used by that lady. Avoid Avoid Avoid. There are lot of good companies in the market who provide genuine services, so please avoid this.
