★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. They are having very serious faces. They all are very busy, they don't have time to speak with customers. They never listen us. Everyone is acting as very busy person. I don't know, why vijayalakshmi is maintaining that kind of staff. Finally, my feedback was worst staff and service center. Angry staff.

Not more than that. Handing over vehicle to servicenstation is a good experiance. But as far a delevery is concerned, it is not at all up to the mark. I've received SMS alret after job card is created. Thats it. I have not received any call from after finishing the service. I called at the end of the day to one of my known person in service center and found that sercvicing finished. So I went next day to take delivery. As Car was parked whole night in a open place and service station was just on a busiest high way, again car was full of dust. No one there to just clean it with a duster. Even water servicing is so bad that dead insects (because of night driving) at front grill still there and dirt marks also not cleared..
This is about out side the car which I could witness with my eyes. No one knows what service they did as the service involved change of oils, filters etc.
Over all my experiance was not at all satisfied.
