★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst possible experience with Sunil. The problem in my case was lack of proper communication.
He had the car with him for a month and bloody did not even do the car wash while delivering.
And the worst thing, I had to come back to the shop again after traveling 10 km because of moise from tyres. It seems that they tighten the tyre screws properly. Thank god we were responsive enough to take back the car.
If not, I would have met with a accident for sure that day.
P.S : I would have given -5 if there was a option for his lack of communication skills.
