1. Haircut was 4 star
2. Beard trim - chairs with back support not available, it was an excruciating experience. The finishing was below par.
Given the 'bomb' amount of money they charge, the services for men can certainly be improved.

Ruta the manager ensured I was able to get the services the way I desired.
Nilesh stayed some extra time to give a nice hair touch up and haircut.
Rehana put to me sleep literally with an amazing facial treatment.
I will always recommend this branch and I appreciate the team who worked hand in hand for give me an amazing experience.

Vidhi at the front desk was extremely polite, professional and helpful. She ensures that the customers are well taken care of.
Nail services by Priya are impeccable. She is very good at her job and is precise.
Kudos to the entire yeam of JCB Chembur for maintaining high quality standards and also for following COVID appropriate behaviour. My visit was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the appointment through Vidhi on the phone, she was prompt and very helpful with all my queries. She was very hospitable at the salon itself when I arrived.
Sameer followed all hygiene and safety protocols and gave me a fabulous cut. He accomodated my tailored requests for my dry, thin damaged hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my haircut. Hanif who cut my hair was amazing. He listened to what I needed and did exactly that with great results. Also got a pedicure done and Deepa was fantastic. The massage she gave calmed me down and almost made me want to fall asleep. :) Highly recommended

Overall, extremely friendly and welcoming people here, unlike at many other salons. Would definitely recommend!

Priya is amazing and a complete pro when it comes to nails! She did a fantastic job with my acrylic nails. I'm thrilled, to say the least!

Mine being straight and silky hairs, I struggle big time for a decent haircut and hair volume. Sameer, my hairstylist, not only understood my expectations but just exceeded it. He gave me such a beautiful haircut along with the volume. I loved it and would highly recommend him if you are looking for those pretty hairs. THANK YOU!
