★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i dont even want to give them 1star. here’s my experience with them so read it if you really want to discover something before going there.-
1st time: i went to gita makeovers with my friend. she wanted to get a haircut so akshay (i suppose this is the name of the employee of that salon) told us that there’s a offer going which gives us haircut, cleanup, waxing (i guess it was waxing) in 999/- we agreed but we had to wait 45mins for the haircut and they didnt even bother doing cleanup even when we asked, they said other customers are waiting and the hairstylist is busy in keratin on one customer and they promised us that this wont happen again. disappointed we left, also he was extremely rude to my friend telling her that this is how haircut was perfect and she was just nit picking and that she should b happy that they offer us the cheap price as if we lack money
2nd: after a year one of my aunt asked for urgent help regarding smoothening so i gave her gita makeover’s number because their smoothening and keratin work looked great. my aunt got her hair done for 3500/- loreal. i was impressed by the results so i thought i should give it a shot expecting them to work better this time i texted him and he told me it’ll be 4000for loreal but they mentioned 3000 in offer template so i felt like the price is high so i told them i wouldn’t do it politely but then he started discussing with me that he said 4k because of my hair length and my aunt had mid waist hair so it was 3500 for her funny part is he never saw my picture or my hair so idk how he assumed my hair to be longer and nowhere he mentioned length in regards to price fluctuation, then he started talking to me as if i was some kind of beggar who asked for discount ever and told me “i am ready to give you discount na then whats the problem”. first you raise the price and don’t provide proper info then when you’re caught you talk rudely and say discount to de raha hu na. honestly i’ll pay 5000-6000 to other salon if the staffs are actually worth it. gita makeover change their prices expecting innocent clients to fall for it. worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for smoothing treatment but as i done smoothing before from other salon but from the beginning they start saying hairs are so ruff and they charge me extra for my hair still they didn't do treatment properly and i went back and told them that i have dent in my hair after 1st wash they didn't agree ..they only wanted to do smoothing treatment as fast as they can,i have long hair and still they took only 2 hour, non professional and don know how to do work
So please if you are planning to go there in my suggestion don't trust them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely efficient staff. And an amazing experience at the salon. I did keratin and color treatment. Spent more than 6 8 hours in total but it was totally worth it. Everybody has a smile on their face while working . Would strongly recommend Gita Make Over for some self pampering.
