★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to give a special shout-out to my eyebrow and facial magician RATNA! I don’t enter the salon on days when she’s on off! She’s simply the best! Also, my pedicure experience was really really good thanks to JAYA AND SUPRIYA. They are really sweet to talk to, does the work really well and most of all gives a great foot massage! Coming back again surely :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SHANTI did a fabulous job, I had gone with a very specific look in mind and he executed it to the T. Extremely satisfied and happy with my hair. She was professional and explained everything every step of the procedure. Great experience! Will surely come again for spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a frequent visitor for Lakme salon and recently visited the Chembur Sindhi Society branch twice. All the staffs are very helpful over here and their gesture is always happy.I’ve tried few services like hair wash, waxing, threading and they all were very good. There’s one staff named Rachana who was very polite and helpful during my session. Would highly recommend Lakme for anyone who’s looking forward for a salon in Chembur or Kurla area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ :Love it here. Love being pampered... I had a fantastic and relaxing Argan facial done by supriya. Could not be better... Her recommendations were amazing and her service is just what you need after a long hectic week.
She did a signature pedicure and the results on my stressed on out feet was s much better than expected... Also the hair spa done by vikas was so relaxing and wonderfully done. Will surely visit again. Thanks Lakme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was delighted when I saw the ambience here in salon. So spacious & beautiful. I was in for a HAIR COLOR & my experience reached par excellence! First the chair was disinfected & there was a proper consultation for about 15-20 minutes where I got to explain my thoughts & finally decide on what I want to do. SHANTI the hair expert was super in suggesting me the style & color etc.. After the end of service, I was so impressed with the highlights & quality of color and my hair. ALSO did my facial from JAYA shes a gem for skin care. So soft her hands were the massage was amazing.
They surely maintain tremendous level of hygeine & safety protocols. Must visit place. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my haircut done from shanti who has experience of about 10 years!! I had straight hair with no volume per say, but post the haircut my hair has beautiful bounce and volume. Super soft too!!! I'd recommend anyone to get their haircut or any other service from Lakme ! Really sweet and friendly people, with great hospitality too :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service. Extremely courteous staff. I got a Moroccan hair spa done, vikas thoroughly explained the process and was very gentle and careful through it. Lakme didn’t quite feel like a capitalistic beauty stall anymore, nobody was trying to sell any products to me or insist on unnecessary services. Only what was asked for was discussed thoroughly with recommendations. Of course the prices are still too steep for the service, but that’s the case in most places. Would definitely visit again.
