★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kept my shipment for more than a month. Even on deposition of all documents(timely), they added INR 5k charge as fine on me for the so called delayed submission. Such a goon, just trying to make money out of it. I have record, we can have a legal discussion too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication, lack of urgency, mishandling of paperwork all resulting in an eight week delay of the arrival of my shipment from Kalakriti in Agra, India to my door. Actually, the shipment never arrived at my door as the trucking company could not offload it. Do not recommend for overseas delivery chain.

We received air freight shipment through Fedex who authorised Jeena and Company to clear our shipment.
Repeated attempts were made to contact them, but no response was received.
This resulted in delays in receiving our shipment from them.
We incurred heavy penalties from Customs due to non-timely filing of documents with Customs Authorities.
We request you to not recommend them to any of your clients, and blacklist them.
We will not be doing any dealings with them in the future.
