Worst experience. Dont take responsibility once premium paid. Customer care executives not willing to assist customers. Clearly reject your queries. My parents buy a policy 4 yrs ago with canara bank & apollo munich partnership. We opted for auto renewal. Now apollo munich take over by hdfc ergo. They dont intimate us about that their partnership with canara also end. Our policy expired with any information shared with us. Nor bank nor hdfc ergo taking responsibility. Sending multiple e-mail are of no use. My advice don't rely on insurance companies blindly to cover your medical expenses.

No body bothers to contact u after filling all the details you could not give me the answer to my one simple question that how and why the premium has doubled l am ur customer since 2018 along with my family ,s many members no card is issued we are asked take out printout ourselves we are senior citizens above 70 did not have any problem till it was in Apollo Munich

Worst company, worst Customer care, worst employee. I have bad experience of whole service. I have Health Insurance and I have submitted my claim before 3 months. To settle my claim amount I have called more than 100 times to customer care and talked with 1st level, Senior level and manager level employee and explain my all documents to all person but after 3 months still I am waiting for my claim amount. Also within 3 months I get more than 10 times email from grievance and every time they asked for my bills and policy document which I have already sent before 3 months and I have service number for that even though they asking for documents and every time I have sent documents to them but still the situation is same. Today I received email from grievance and mentioned that please submit all your bills and claim form Totally worst company. Instead to HDFC EROGO, please select other like Start health OR ICICI.
