Please avoid giving designer work to them. instead give it on your own to some other vendor.

I bought a mirror to see 1 piece saint Govind brand .good service and very good people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered the glass for my aquarium purpose. .and asked them not to polish the edges too much.. Which they didn't follow and made the 6mm glass to 3mm on the edges.. Also they stamped a dirty logo 'bhoomi' on each corner of the glass.. Which is non removable. . And they have fooled me by saying that it will go just by scratching with the blade.. And they are not ready to replace it.. For making these glass pieces it took 12 days for them..

Edit: regarding the reply by the owner of firm, I believe that either he is not aware of the issue or just want to reply with false facts. No hard feelings sir but went to collect the materials only after confirming over phone that material is ready. Also it was two days after order for a simple table top glass. And in that case if u ask to come tomorrow or wait then I believe it’s unprofessionalism.
