★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think India's one of the worst servicing company. Its been 20 days since logging a ticket and no resolution yet. Flipkart y would u choose such servicing company... I reported one issue on 31may and today is 15th july they have not resolved it. Wish i could give them half star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service it has been 5 days till the delivery and still i havent got the installation . Customer care always says sir my team will surely work on this . Tottally horible their technician is also pathetic , technican appointed dont have the guts only to recive my calls whether he is comming or not . Plus he rejects the call , i ll strongly recommend not to do any kind of services from this jeeves . I dont know why flipkart has assgin this kind of horrible partners

Customer service representative is not given properly feedback about issue. Flipkart is using low quality and service wender.zero star for service .flipkart change your service wender.

They have zero knowledge about TV. The technician just cannot fix the things. I am waiting for 49 days to fix the VU TV brought from Flipkart and paid for extended warranty. My bad I choose the extended warranty option. If by tomorrow they will not fix the issue - I will throw away the TV and buy the new one. May be this is what the Jeeves guys want us to do.

No response from any buddy from JEEVES. sent 15-20 email but no response from Jeeves BIG SCAM FRAUDS ONLY DONT PURCHASE WARRANTY FROM FLIPKART ALONG WITH ELECTRONICS PRODUCT Flipkart is also doing fraud for this.
