★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's almost a month since I submitted my phone for repair but I have not received any update since then. After infinite follow ups never received a concrete update. Always the same reply "We are escalating your matter and you will receive an update withing 24 hours" that 24 hour never comes. Now I am feeling like they are taking the devices and either using it for their personal use or giving it on rent for a short duration. I wonder if this company really exists or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you contact Jeeves for ac stuff then surely you would going to have a bad experience but if you have any small stuff as flipkart smart but headphones visit the service centre they will fix or replace your headphones within seven day . Till now I have a good experience with my headphones
