Patra provides a variety of processing services to insurance organizations that reduce staff workload, minimize risk and lower costs while raising productivity, increasing capacity and ultimately boosting profitability. Services include Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Agency Management System (AMS) Consulting, and Data Entry Support, as well as various Policy, Certificates, Benefits, and Claims services.
REQUIREMENTS & CHALLENGES
The primary objective of Patra on this endeavor was to integrate their platform with the insurance providers of USA such as BTIS, USLI, HISCOX, and Liberty so that the end-users can get the best insurance premium quotes on their platform
Key Challenges:
1. Designing a generalized integration model for the third party APIs of the insurance companies.
2. Standardizing the underwriting questions of all insurance providers to identify the insurance needs of customers.
3. Incorporating different authorization mechanism of the insurance providers in the application.
4. Supporting different data formats of the insurance providers in the application.
OUR SOLUTION
After finalizing the project scope, we had extensive discussions with the integration team of different insurance companies to understand their APIs, data formats, authorization processes and underwriting questions to be asked from the customers. Using this information, we integrated Patra's platform to the insurance providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most responsible and transparent companies that I have seen during my interview and job hunting period during COVID 19 crisis.
I gave the telephonic interview on Monday, came for a Face to Face meeting on Thursday.
The office was located at a nice and quiet place, the HR gave a very warm reception. The interview went lovely with the HR and then with the promoters of the organisation.
They informed me about my candidature on the spot and on this Monday they gave me an offer.
A very transparent organization in NCR, which did not say the golden words, like other companies : "We will get back to you".
Instead, Jellyfish gave me a sure footing and a shot in the arm during this strife torn period of COVID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the Fraud company which i have seen,i have got selected in this company and they have sent me confirmation mail for the same.But they did not release offer letter.
Jellyfish HR wanted me to ask to my current organisation manager how soon they will release me before sending offer letter and confirmation mail.HR is pretty much new ,she started her career 7 months back .So she doesn't know anything.She was forcing me to negotiate with my manager to give release in 20 days before giving resign.
After so many discussion,she has sent me confirmation mail that i have selected for jellyfish technology.But they did not send me offer letter after had discussion with my manager for release,they have given me reason that budget is not there .
So do not believe this type of fraud company.I would like to give rating "0"
but option is not there.

Owners are also very supportive and understanding.
During my stay at the organization I worked hard but never felt pressure as everyone would come up for help whenever required, must say one of the best company I have ever worked with.. Cheers!!
