I booked a domestic tour package in last month from Delhi to kerla It was great experience All services be on time as I saw before going on this trip. I really Apriceate to whole MMTP team specialy Arpita and lalit ji Thank you MMTP team.

The worst online trip booking company. This is completely fraud company. They took money from you and gives contract to someone else by taking commission and then never respond to you for any problems. I booked my manali trip . They promised good hotels and camp . When we reached the destination, mostly we got tent or guest house. When we called them they stopped responding to us. Never booked from this fraud company.

I had booked a trip with the company to Leh. With Himachal We were 5 people and had booked 2+2+1 room occupancy and had paid accordingly. However in all the hotels we went, the manager at the hotels tried to give us occupancy for 2+3. After much argument and confrontation, we got the desired occupancy. This can not be possible if the travel agency instructs the hotels properly. One of our stops was Pangong Lake, a place which does not have any network coverage. Initially, we were allotted rooms in a camp as per our vouchers, but after some time we were continuously harassed by the camp manager to shift to another camp. Here as well I had to engage in continuous argument with the camp manger. According to our tour plan, we had to drive from Leh to Manali over 2 days, with a stop in Sarchu. And it was not just a drive, but we also had to visit place and do site-seeing. On the day of our departure from Leh, the driver was changed, he told that he only offers pick and drop facility and will not show us around. He was very very arrogant and used foul language to address some of the girls present in the group. And when I called in this company to my tour quardinater who is the owner of this company didn't response for my call i had to suffer alot of problem in my trip I am not going to forget that moment however I will recommend to everyone never book the trip with this company

We used this agency to go Thailand The duration of the tour was for 4 nights 5 days, and it priced 120 USD. When we visited the agancy, the sales person promised us that it took only 5 hours to get there from airport to hotel by bus, and the hotel had a Good Location There were about 20 people in the tour, and some how, we were divided up into 2 distance of 10 km around mounsite, which was 10 km far from city and very isolated. Unfortunately, I was in a group staying in the that hotel So, actually, it took about 15 to 20 mnt from hotel to the another hotel , and we had to bath in cold water with a pale under candle light! At that night, as there was no place we could had dinner around the hotel the tour conductor asked an acquaintance to bring food, and we enjoyed only sticky rice, cooked hidebound chicken and frugal vegi. Of course, we were supporsed to move to and from there with the other people staying at the same place because the bus was the only way of vehicle. Because of the above reasons, the tour schedule was totally different from its original one. We missed many attractions to see. I just wonder how they timed its trip, and manage the accomodation. Because the speaker travel conductor never explained details what was happening on, we were not sure exactly, but, according to the other participants, the agency couldn't book the accomodation with neatness, and suddenly they had to look for the alternative one. However, we can understand what will happen in such a developing country, so the above things are acceptable. The worst thing is about its after care. The conducter collected our contact number or so on to pay 20 USD back . (Someone else asked the agency to do so.) Then, since we didn't get any message from the agency though we'd been waiting for, I emailed them once, but no resonce. So, we visited to the office directly, but the maneger of the agency never ever apologized, all things caused to something elese and thai, tour perticipants! On that day, we couldn't get any reimbursement because they needed to prepare. And now, it's been more than 2 weeks after we came back from the trip, but we haven't any information about the payment yet... I cannot forget the words which the conductor asked us at the end of the tour. "How was your trip? Please I will suggest to all that aware before booking the trip like such a compony like as make my tour plans is
