★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have lost a loyal customer. Yes, I was once a loyal customer to their service station. Four months back, I went to service my Honda Activa 4G. It was a paid service. Their representative name Shubham was more interested in selling the "free servicing offer" for five years instead of listening to my problem.
There was two minor problem in my Activa for which I went there to service it.
1) The first problem was the sound which was coming from rear tyre. It was occasional but was very irritating.
2) The second problem was the bike engine was getting off when left in idle for few seconds.
It was raining very heavily when they called me. Reaching there he was again insisting me to buy their offer plan. For the nth time I told him I have not travelled miles from my place to save few bucks. If I want to save few bucks I would have gotten my Activa serviced in my local garage next to my building.
So he handed over the bike to me and the told servicing charge was 2000 rs. I paid happily thinking my problem was solved and it was worth it.
But to my disappointment after riding a bike for few meters, at the very next signal, the bike stopped. I self start it and again rode few meters and then the bike started making noise from the rear tyre.
I immediately went back and questioned him, he told me to bring my bike tomorrow again. WTF. .... I felt like shouting, I felt like using curse word but I didn't do any of that and left there shop silently.
I have solved both the problem, like this.
1) The rear sound which was coming was because of loose nut bolt at the rim of the trye. I tightened the nut bolt with my spanner and the sound was gone. This was suggested by a swiggy delivery guy.
2) The second problem of my Activa engine getting off at idle was solved when I send my Activa for servicing to the local garage shop. They only charged me 450 for entire servicing including washing. The best thing was, the entire servicing was done in front of me.
Conclusion: In short, I was ripped off. They didn't do any service. All they did was washed the bike, put some grease and had handed over to me. I even doubt they changed the engine oil also. For this they charged 2000 rs. I am never going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever and ever after my free service. They charge me above 2000 rs for doing nothing. I faced same and more problems in my activa after service also they do nothing last time they didn't fix parts properly arguing with customers they dont wash properly sound problems comes. This time I went.my engine was fast activa was running without giving accelator and all was perfect but they show me some other problems rubbish and charged me 1300 rs for that rubbish problems after whole sessions they handled me my activa with that same problems they doesn't listen to customers and charged with their own point of view after that My meter is not working they don't wash properly water goes in every part worst worst worst worst service station ever don't give them to service they create problems problems and only problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given my activa for serviceing there, they was called me and say your service is done come and get your vehicle. I go to get my vehicle the there supervisor told that your vehicals service is not started yet. After that they was took half and hour for service. It was really Bad.

Even the same applies to their supervisor Mr Shubham he also doesn't know to tackle the query of customers ..theiir service is pathetic the bike is not washed prply the battery is
damaged internal condition of the bike is also damaged by them ..sparts parts also are not of good quality and easily breakable
