★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Booking is only available via mobile and surprisingly all numbers of this polyclinic is busy. Their diagnostic lab is also unorganised and u have to wait 4+ hours to get your turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff screaming at patient and guardians. So many staff just standing doing nothing. Quality of doctors in the clinic is exceptional but management and behaviour is very bad. I personally did not have to face bad behaviour but I have seen many getting screamed at which I think is wrong. No one is happy to visit the doctor, everyone is frustrated and pays a lot of money to get appointments and do tests. I believe the staff should be more considerate.
