The Bank also provides mutual funds of this bank. Dematerialized accounts may be opened to deal with shares

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most 3rd class bank... Poor service... Rude behaviour of bank staff... All so called bank employees are too lazy to help customers. Don't open account in this bank... Worst bank in Barrackpore... Why the hell they are working.. simply wasting customer's time.. RBI must take strict action against this bank or strict rules must be implemented in all Government banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A crowded busy branch. Quite unlike what we have in Indore, Bicholi.
Located on the spinal road between Barrackpore and Barasat, the branch is right under the Barrackpore rail flyover.
The limited conversation I had with the staff members, gave me the impression that they are concerned and vigilant about fraudulant activity around now a days.
Mostly being cordial and courteous, the state of a very important "safe deposit locker" facility is in shambles; which may be a reason for the staff members being disgruntled.
"Not available" is the only phrase they could throw at me, without of course any guidance on an alternative, or a timeline.
