This company feels like a babbling band of babbons.. Especially meenaxi on the recruitment team has no ethics whatsoever..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management ever seen. The people over there does not support their associates.
Been associated with this company for over 1 year now but never seen any good management ever and in addition do not predict that it will ever be going to be good soon. They cut their employee salary like its their own property.
Just wanted to add that HR of jindalx should not give leaves to the associates working over their as the management will not provide leaves to them further if any issue comes like wifi issue or system issue they do not fill productivity, not even put leaves that are given, just cut the salary of the employee as the employee is in fault.
I withnessed the same senario here. On 8th of November, I faced wifi issue and the provider told me that it is gone from backend and they have raised the issue and will be sorted out and I told this to my team leader subrato das as well. Even he called me and enquired with me for the same as well as I have screenshot to support my claims. Yesterday, On 25 november my recent team leader kunal, me and subrato were having discussions about that day, but subrato denied to fill the productivity as well as denied to put leave despite the fact that I told him that wifi was not working and my mobile have network issue in my home which forced me to put wifi in my house in first place. He clearly denied to put the leave as I was asking him to give my money. No one helped me, not even my team leader and kunal just consolidated me, that it is just a few money I am bothering about.
I am also telling kunal that please approve my leave of 29 November as having some personal stuff from past 2 weeks but neither he is bothered nor he made any attempts to provide me with the same.
I am fed up with the attitude of the management here and the way they work, just waiting that they somehow remove me from the process.
Giving just a piece of money and in addition trying to cut it by any means.
Will not suggest anyone to ever work here as you will all regret like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing my experience with this company as can be heard by others, joined on 5th of jan 2021 for jeebly process for 15k salary without any deductions, and after 4 days of unpaid training they laid off me. Saying that you do not have eligibility as per our requirements. Even though having a good experience in BPO sector they gave such a tacky excuse.No else experience would be worse than this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont even deserve 1 star, i worked here for zomato chat process, my working hours 11 but they want me to work 12.5 hours.. sometimes more then this.. and they dont even give you proper 30 minutes break. Pethetic people wrost process n company i ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company , team leadership is zero, the seniors are not supportive, understanding and cooperative at all without any reason they will fire you .
Management is totally zero
The manger is Biswa after 10.5 hours shift they want us to extend too .
If you have any emergency they will not provide you your own earned leaves even .
Pathetic company

On the very first day they told us to give good reviews on their site.
But this is the worst company ever, don't work here.
They will not provide emergency leaves also and they didn't provide full salary too.
