★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst.... Worst.... Worst..... The local jio store is not eligible for even a single star. Worst to worst service. Mr. Rajiv & Mr. Shailesh - they both are more busy then Mr. Mukesh Ambani. I continuously try to call them since last 15 days but not even receive the call and answer. From last 30 days, I am trying to call and asking them when you'll complete my connection but no answer. Jio is really very nice company, I appreciate company but local people are worst. I think company should replace them, if not then no one will take Jio net connection. As it all depends on service and regarding service local people are failed. Will not recommend anyone for the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New connection. Internet is good but no proper response from their staff who installed to my home after sales service. . So many calls,no lifting or return back reply. Also their WhatsApp chat no body see. Very bad customer service. I m thinking to close my account/service. Very much irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Employees don’t care about customer’s time and they don’t even have basic manners to apologise for being late and wasting your time. Even the senior ones don’t care about whatever their subordinates are doing. Worst experience ever. I wouldn’t have given even one star if I could.

The deduct money and after that we have to keep on following them for installation date. And always they will give new date.
It's like "Tarikh pe Tarikh" but no installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per my review just avoid Jio fiber connection as of now.
At the time of registration you will have a good experience. But after registration a real nightmare begins. They keep on extending installation for any reason. It's about 7 days from now no installation have been done. They just keep on giving new date.
