★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily noticable shop situated near to the nursery circle. Jio devices are available here at best price. Latest mobile devices are also available here. Staff is not so friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store for getting my sim card replaced. Received instant response and the work was done within minutes. The place also sells mobile phones and accessories. Parking is also available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing after I had a bad experience with Vaishali Nagar store of Jaipur area. I lost my phone and with it, I lost my jio sim. The customer dealing executive was not helpful at all and told us to come again after few hours. He was rude and reluctant to listen to us. I requested him to help me as the work would have taken maximum 5 minutes to sort out and I was stuck for a urgent banking transaction but he didn't buzz.
Later, I went to Khatipura branch and the executive on that store solved the needful in standard time.
It would be helpful if you take needed action and make your store more customer friendly. Highly dissatisfied with the aforesaid.

But the thing is that they don't have and management or technology to handle customer queues and because of that all the problem happens. Overall people are nice but less stock with limited products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst jio store I have ever visited. The employees there are so arrogant they don't even try to help you out about the problem. They just say do it on your own we don't have time for this. This is a disgrace. Jio you have lost the respect.
