From documents verification , service request initiation and final installation, Mr. Summit has been very prompt to handle my request and complete my request with in 24 hrs window as he promised . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor response why jio team especially the person who is working there as area manager the name is Sumit Chaudhary. He actually don't know how to treat the customer. I requested for a new connection of jio broadband which was told that will be installed in 24 hours and they took 5 days in activating the connection. That also security money of rupees 1500 was taken 2 times from me and was informed that 1500 be refunded in 2 days but it's more than 45 days now they have stopped responding to cause and they are not even bothered about giving the security amount back. Worst service I have seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, these guys are fraud. They will tell you that you get free wifi for 1 month if you pay 1500 and you will get refund after cancellation of plan. It's been 7 days and no one came to pick up device. My refund is still pending.
