★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this network, I have purchase 3 month 50 mbps plan of this network but net speed very slow and disconnected again & again issue with this network, while i have register complaint against this then i got no reply and my all complaints was auto closed. It's completely useless don't waist your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service , frequent internet disconnection (15-20 times in a day). No customer support (as they never respond). Claimed 50Mbps speed but I receive only 5 -6 Mbps .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good network for the first week from your connection date, after that all you hear is updates happening in your are and downtime happening in your area. The local technician will tell you to call the customer care and get a ticket no. after which they will visit your place to check the connection and when you call the customer care they will tell you that it is a downtime in your area currently and will tell you to call after 2 hrs, after which they can check and give the ticket no. and trust me you will be stuck in the loop of calling the customer care and the local technician. Unfortunately decided to go with the quarterly plan, now waiting for the quarter to end so that i can throw this connection away from my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet experience, its has the lowest possible speed and they don't even offer an upload speed above 5 Mbps its 19s internet service provider.thay have technical issues going on all the time.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, not resolve the issue, some customer care executive disconnect the call without resolving the problems. My network is not working properly since yesterday, it's disconnected most of the times. I also requested to resolve issue, but not get any solution to yet. I have called to customer care 4 to 5 time, but not any technical resolve my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hathway broadband services are pathetic and turning to worst day by day.
I recommend not to go for Hathway services in Shakti Khand Indrapuram GZB area you will struggle a lot if you are an IT guy.
Customer support is never reachable and sales people are not corporative at all when it comes to issues resolution.
Plans are very expensive as compared to local ISP’s and services are abruptly getting terminated or disconnected.
When you log a complaint or SR# on this app they will simply mark it as resolve with looking into reported concern of user. They never call back and ask about the reported concern. So far I have raised 6 SR # all were closed without any clarification and resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Service. In a month 5-6 days it doesn't work. Even after logging complaint every time there is no hearing.
Since last 6 days my net is not working. I have complaint 3 times , still it's not working. And nobody is coming here and calling to fix the problem.
I am logging the complaint and Hathaway team is closing it without resolving the problem.
It's happening since last 6 days.
