★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor internet . At the time of taking connection you will get speed 50 mbps in 100 mbps plan then after from next day 2 to 5 mbps without any service and support . Also 2 days in week it is confirmed completely down and not a local or excitel vendor is taking the complaints and tickets .If you trying to write the complaint on internet or social sites then you are going to banned from internet providers without any call or mail .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for the new connection,but it got delayed by 3 days. As a customer I got frustrated and called them many times. But on day I saw that there was some upgrading going on which was cause for delay. I saw its workers tirelessly working for 4 hours in sun just to get my connection started. Plans are decent and fiber speed is good. 1 star cutted for delay in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever services, regret choosing Excitel over Airtel. Frequent disconnection during wfh, internet stopped working anytime. Customer support is not responsive. Raising complaints online never helped. Always keep calling them for complaints ans waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever apply for excitel connection if you are living in indirapuram. You will made a biggest mistake. I have applied for new connection and paid full amount then they closed my ticket with remark that "installation has been completed" but the shocking part is that no one came at my house or even contacted me that we are going to do the installation.
When i checked in excitel app, my plan is currently showing as active and they have even alloted an ONU device. Where is the ONU device? No wiring. Not even a call from local excitel guy.
How the hell you guys have closed my ticket without any installation?
Pathetic!

Persons sitting at the end of Customer Care support don't know anything, they are useless.
Frequent disconnection and their probable answer is will fix this within 24 hours.
Don't take this connection if you don't want to get frustrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a great experience for Indirapuram area. I have been using Excitel Fiber for about 8 months now and have only faced down time twice for about half hour. The speed is 100 mbps which will be blazing fast. Also the price is lowest compared to other services. After installing fiber, I think excitel is the best value for money isp provider.
