Normal timing is morning 10 am to 7 pm but any services regarded to your mobile phones will be checked from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm.
There is low staff so might have to wait with your problems.
It is opposite petrol pump you can not see it on the main road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Staff is absolutely non cooperative. I visited the store and placed a demand for a jiofi battery. When I went to pick it up along with the sample the staff wanted me to bring the original device. I asked them to compare the part number and was willing to share the picture with serial number of my device. I had to give up as they would just not budge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, no place for customer to sit, some chairs in stairway - see photos, staff 2 technicians attending intermittently, 2 watchman also sat inside the office, learnt only 1 repair technician has come so a change of dongle battery took 2 hours, the mall which has the center has no Fire fighting, no entry control, no other business & is in shambles, Service center is worse than the worst Govt office in India & there no other service outlet of Jio in Agra, people from as far as 100kms away have to come here & away from work wasting time, money & energy, HORRIBLE PATHETIC STATE
