These guys aren't issuing new sim on zero balance they are charging money for sim issue,we have to purchase a plan for new sim from them only.

β β β β β Though this is a company store the store is good and reachable. Once there was a issue regarding the product I purchased the staff was helpful in sorting it out for me. The only issue is some people in the store were promoting their own store other than the reliance store which I found was doubtful.

There were 2 guys who were really helpful.
They do follow of one customer inside policy in corona times. Be prepared to be in queue outside the shop.
They are fast in giving you new sims, making the first recharge or suggesting you recharge plans.
