2. Have created their own rules beyond TRAI regulations.
3. Will port anyone number without validation.. Takes you money in Advance for recharges. If your document fails no return of charges taken.
4. Don't even go for postpaid migration may take double the charges.. Also says JIO issues SIM without verification so address will remain old... We do not follow TRAI guidelines for updated KYC
5. Most hilarious is that that guy said you have to pay bill in Advance for postpaid and security deposit of two months of bill too needs to be paid that will be refundable if you port of JIO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic response from the staff, Airtel and VI stores are available at nearby vicinity, they have far better staff coordination than jio's staff.
Also, most of the deals are carried out in Cash only....(don't accept digital payments at all unless you purchase any of the displayed product from the store).
