Staff are not cooperate with customers. How can it possible, server are down on Sunday ? Is it possible?

I want to know more information on Jio Fibre.
Unfortunately there was no help at all by the store manager and keeps on ignoring and showing attitude.
I insisted that guy thrice but still no answer and no help.
I here want to highlight the behaviour to the superior to look into this matter and fire that guy on the spot.
