Worker nd engineers are time passing. They use ur device when u give them ...in my case i give my phone for service when i receive it i realize that they use my phone nd i saw xender history than i got that they r very cheap ???. Bad service center .they use ur device for their own purposes. I hate it ...nd i m going to complain about it to higher authorized center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average service. Don't accept cash as payment mode. Don't expect a call after 3-4 days post device submission, you need to give them a call to know the status. Laptop when returned was full of dirt on all surfaces, no bothering to clean/wipe before handing over. I guess there is no other authorised service centre for a big name like Dell. On the bright side, the staff is polite and alert.

Little busy and took little long to attend me, but for small issue fast Service. Call first if you want to buy some parts or battery. They don't keep stock of things.
