Due to rubber switches came outside i have to put gum on plastic and restored it, then i requested to service center members to replace it because i have an issue with right side earbud but they rejected without checking that issue to replace it even my handsfree are in Warrenty.
Very nice support by realme service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. They kept me waiting for two days and on the day they told me to come after phone call, I called them and asked if repairing is done or not. They said yes sir, ur phone is ready. When i reached i found my phone in same condition. No improvement. Problm was not solved and than they told, sir yeh abhi tak to thik tha, aap isko aur chaar paanch din ke liye rakh ke jaao. Very bad experience.
