★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You would get solution to all your lenovo products. I had a laptop bought from outside india. Few other repair center declined to replace the screen. Lenovo took its time to get the spare part. But, in the end job was well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this place over 1 month ago, where they promised me that they'll send a quotation for my laptop repair, which never came. After several follow-ups and false promise, my laptop's issue is still not resolved. Very sluggish and unresponsive service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The executive was very professional. I went there for a routine cleaning service of my Lenovo Legion 5, they did it for free as my product was in warranty. Although i was a bit disappointed by the cleaning they did, some parts were not properly cleaned but they did diagnose it and reinstalled the thermal paste for overheating issue which i was not aware of and didn't ask them to do. Overall a good experience and fast response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place to repair some bug fixes, battery life of my laptop. Worst staff I've ever seen. Spoke that the battery life of my laptop will last only upto 2.5 hrs. If you don't know then I may tell you if you search out at Google of battery life of an ordinary laptop, it'll show of minimum 5 hrs. Complained many a times but the company is not responding any more. Seems like they aren't interested anymore in their product. Being a little bit honest, to honor your company in front of other customers, I rated 1 or else if the rating was in negative, I would rather do that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place a couple of days ago to get my laptop fixed, but it seems that the service centre is very inactive. They have spare parts available of only the recent laptops. My laptop is two years old and the executive told me to wait for an email for quotation. However the quotation never came and I had to call them twice to know the status of my request. Finally after a lot of effort they told me that the battery is not available for my laptop and I should deal with it by myself and they will not help me with anything. They told me upfront that Sir get it fixed from a local shop we cannot provide you any kind of service. Additionally there was only one person to attend all the customer is waiting in row despite of having multiple counters available. Poor experience the company literally doesn’t care about after sales service and that’s where Apple overtakes each and every company in every sector.
