★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst,waste,corrupted,useless,no 1 customers looting,fraud site is jiomart. Now I came to know how they became no1 millionaire by small amounts looted by customers. If they can loot your small amounts , ..can imagine how they can loot big amounts from other businesses.they are fraud ,sweet by talks,poison by inside.hated reliance services every where.im giving my review after many losses caused by jiomart and trends...I dont have patience to write my order I'd,shopping bill.in store,online ...selling used items,like clothes when calling 100times they just keep on telling wait for 48 as it is their common dialogue taught in training.bit almost I lost 1600rs by shopping on jiomart (customers looting site).used tshirts,torned leggings, spoiled vegetables, stained kurthis. I request everyone to boycott reliance fraud sites.they are gold diggers.better go for flipkart, amazon,big basket, big bazaar.they all are customer friendly. Any type of issues regarding any item they can solve within a day,either they will return pickup, refund our money,...but from last 7years I never lost a single rupee by shopping online sites like amazon,flipkart, shoppersstop, firstcry, big basket,even snapdeal,big bazaar.intead I got so many benefits at discounted prices with quality products. Washing machine,geyser, AC,..that not.80%of my clothing is through online shopping.but atlas lost my amount, wasted precious time on jiomart (looting mart)I don't recomend it anyone.they will definitely turn into beggars one fine day who are the founders of this site..

Anount i have paid is 178
i have received wrong item of both the quantity
jio mart has sent me both the quantity as wrong
On raising complaint , i have got only half amount as refund .
NOW JIO MART has succesfully looted 89/- from me
i have reached JIO mart multiple times for rest of the amount still no response

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review for joo mart.Customer support is horrible like trying to reach a ghost. No reponse to query, no reason given just close. Very poor management of customer handling. Seems like BSNL. Very non approcable and does not care attitude. Service is between 2nd and 3rd grade. Their feuits and vegetables section definitely 3rd grade. All the savings are lost in 2 or 3 low quality products in a delivery and spend lot of time in followup if not delivered or cancelled. 1 or 2 items miss in every order. Its a very unplease and headache activity to shop with jio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have placed the order on 2nd of April i have received my order on 5th April. I have ordered 2 Amul Butter 500 gm 2 no.s instead of delivering 500 gm i have received 100 gm 2 no.s. I have been complaining since i have received the order. I have called customer care no. they have me on hold several times & then they give one ticket which of no use till date. Last time when I have called customer care i was told that i will receive it on 23rd April but no one turned up. Shame on Jio Mart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered on jio mart app for a T shirt on December 30 2021 and the first kept shifting the delivery date. So I complained via the app the ticket was closed without even checking with me Don't Know how the customer service works?Then I called the call centre and raised over 7 complaint multiple tickets promise to resolve in 48 hours and only empty promises was told no escalation manager. Senior associate will write email to refund department. Very arrogant behaviour and no responsibility or willingness to help customer
Please don't buy from JoiMart the want to close tickets to show management rosy picture of ticket resolved . The executive said you have no option to escalate you better wait.
Please stop using JoiMart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience from JioMart . Had placed an order for a tshirt in the month of December n have not received it even after 3 months and no proper response from customer care. They just raise the complaint on our behalf n close it as per their convenience and reopen it for no use. Request you not to order any item related to retail . They are not fit to be in retail domain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ordered an apparel from their app. Wrong size product was delivered and it's been nearly 3weeks and umpteen calls to the customer care and still the product has not been picked up for return
Further, on asking to speak to a senior customer care executive, i was connected to a lady called Ridhldhi who was rude and was of absolutely no help
Very pathetic state of affairs!! Feel cheated
