★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste just do scam I went 3times to repair the cycle mud guard, chain guard, and the worst is brake? they put old rubber which is used and 80% of rubber is not there I changed rubber 2 times but still waste I changed in other shop
I suggest to close shop best
Or
Improve the shop and items of cycle to be repaired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basaveshwara Cycle mark Puttenahalli guys are fraudsters in the name of business. They keep very high margin and loot money. When I purchased a cycle here that owner spoke very sweet and promised free service for a year. Within 3 days the pedal became faulty, so have to visit multiple times and for every visit he looted 50-100 Rs. When I planned to drop for the free service, he shows his true colors and says there is nothing called free service and demanded 500Inr. . Actual cycle cost in KR market around 4500 and this guys sells it for 6000. Many people who don;t have time to enquire in multiple shops simple believe and over pays the hard earned money.Avoid this place at any cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have brought 2 cycles from them though is less when compared to other shops, not major difference in price trusting their words we brought later we got to know their True colour. These people are really annoying they will talk sweet until you buy the product after you pay the money they expect you to get out you can feel it. They talk about warranty free service after sales services nothing they will do and ask you to pay, even the paid service is not really worth please think before you Buy.
