★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst customer service and also while transportation, they won't give all parts. If we call back n ask then they will talk vulgurly n very rudely like it's our mistake.. If anybody reading my message, don't go to that shop? and don't waste your money also. One more, they have one auto guy for transportation. He is very worst fellow, he talked like nonsense n very vulgur language. All people are like that only from owner to autowala. Please pls pls don't go.....? Yesterday only we purchased cycle from imperial cycle showroom, Bannerghatta road, but owner replied to everyone like our shop is shut down. Don't believe from owner to autowala?. Again they proved by giving a false reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing happen in bangalore is when I started riding bicycle, it gives me energy, passion of exploring new places, and the best part is that you don't have any fixed stop, just move on.
I ride my cycle daily, I cover around 15 km per day.
Imperial cycles is best in class, the service they provide and the customer relation they maintain is the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience. Reparied my daughters cycle. They did it in no time. Quick response. Trained professional in servicing cycles. Though the spare parts are costly not sure it's the same case with other providers as well.

She was asking new cycle last year, but to teach her the value of money and the value of product we ask her to save the money to buy cycle in her piggy bank, she did it and waited patiently for a year and finally she got it. Once we were planning to buy cycle our choice is imperial cycles where we find more collections and brand and finally we bought it. She is so happy...
