β β β β β The place is in a nice neighborhood and is spacious.
The good part ends there.
The property owner is not competent at all and you should expect them to be rude on their part.
Expect some heated discussions with them on maintenance requests you create such as doors not latching properly, locks not working, plug points not working etc.
Given the apartment complex is quite old, we expected them to be supportive of these maintenance requests. But, they would blame the residents for everything. They make it sound like you are responsible for everything wrong with the apartment. The owner would constantly threaten you to leave the property if you raise maintenance requests. Their tone is similar to mental harassment and would destroy your mood.
If you still decide to rent out in this property, make sure you check each and every part of the house, especially anything that has hinges, every locks, every door latch, every plug points, every lighting point, every fan... the list goes on.
I think the owner assumes they can do anything and would still be able to get away with harassing renters. There are several options in Bengaluru and people will move away if they don't change their attitude towards renters.
Given the length of this review, you could understand how bad the property owner and management is. So, please add more reviews if you stay there and share your experience to help future residents make a sound decision.
PS: The owner might respond critically to this review. But, I am okay with the repercussions as long as I have warned the future tenants. Also, this review is based on the experience of my spouse, who was afraid to post her review due to repercussions.

β β β β β I am staying in this apartment from past 8 years, This apartment is very good, cleanly Mentained good facility, the most important is all security protocol followed like cctv, security guard and unknown person cannot entire premises.
Owners is very good and very humble person, he takes immediate action for any problems or inconvenience we face.
I would recommend to my friends and relatives.
