Sad to see this new building construction technology !! Also takes days to get the seepage issue rectified by the concerned teams of Mahindra Homes and building maintenance teams

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not judge a book by its cover , nor a property by the brand name. Remember that Anand Mahindra did not get involved in the details nor does he even get a proper feedback from the stories the residents who bought the property have to tell. Terrible plumbing systems, dirty looking water in the name of a ‘green home’, lifts dysfunctional.. Maybe it is a great vision but poor, incompetent execution by an incompetent project team.
Some people like me may have been lucky to get a unit that has so far had only a minor seepage problem( not yet repaired as of date.) But we have been here less than 6 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first property of Mahindra Lifespaces in Bangalore. It is a beautiful property on the main Bannerughatta road with Metro connectivity. We are one of the interior design partners here and have had the chance to design and implement more than 40 homes here.
The quality of construction is very nice and we love the ambience of the space. A great buy and please reach out to us for your home interiors :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great construction and second tallest building in Bannerghatta Road. The biggest advantage is that location is prime as major IT companies like Accenture , IBM , Oracle are present. Additionally IIM Bangalore is nearby as also important hospitals like Fortis , Apollo. At the end of the road is Bannerghatta National Park.
Also the amenities are super like courts for children and club house
