★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to this place ever. The owner Mr Narendra Babu CHEATS the public in the name of Gilma while giving fake products. We purchased Gilma Kitchen unit and in less than 2 years entire Kitchen unit is falling apart. The Chimney stopped working just after an year and when we reached out to them, they said, the motherboard's damaged and not covered under Warranty. The Kitchen sink is soaked up (Apparently Waterproof wood) and came out. The other hings and doors are just hanging loose. The hydraulics are not working. All this in less than 2 years of use at home. When I called the dealer, initially he kept postponing, later he started avoiding calls and finally blocked by number. Horrible Gilma dealer. I don't know if all Gilma stores are this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store ever!! The sales person Subbu is the worst. We trusted him, he wrote something else - some other model in the bill and we got the wrong model when we opened it. Now we came to store and he is refusing to exchange asking us to pay extra. He is not agreeing his mistake.shouting too. He is not even willing to agree his mistake. Don’t deal with Subbu. Please. Don’t waste time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to GILMA Store on Banneraghatta Road, near Fortis Hospital with an intention to see & buy a chimney for my kitchen. Many models attracted me. Executive was courteous to answer my queries. I came out from that easy location after booking a latest model chimney (CIGMA) costing 30000/-. But I got it for 22000/-.
Kisi ko na bataana yaar...!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. One of the worst experience I had in this store. The sales person Subbu sold me 2016 model chimney saying this is the new and latest model.
2.They delivered the damaged chimney and we had to send it back and then we went to hub to choose the another non damage product (most of them have dents and lot of scratches).
3. We took 2 products delivery on 2 different days. For 2nd product they dint give demo. When you call and ask they say check on YouTube.
4. After booking the product from store the Sales person tone changes and his way of response is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pressurises to pay booking fee, so that he can hold the offer on a combo purchase. He mentions that if I find a better offer from other show room he will refund booking fee (which he don't). Also mentioned that if he has to sell at lower price then it will be a faulty product!! be careful, and don't fall in his traps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unsatisfied with gilma product.the gas stove are problematic the burners keep having issues. Have been using since six years hob Italian burner and chimney.... repeated issues and expenses are never ending. Recently replaced the Italian hob with indian burner of gilma... still same issues with burner are seen. Company calls go non responsive to service.
Also this dealer this dealer is interested in mere sales and offers no support...to the issues...if you ask for the company's email id to write a complaint.he guides us to the box packing saying take the email address from there..such a bogus sales agency Mr Narendra Babu he is not at all helpful. He is quite a cheat cajoles customer with fictitious offers..will not recommend I being an old customer
