I am a 16 yr old girl and i had a lot of anxiety problems and self image issues. The doctor helped me a lot to deal with my anxiety and self image issues by suggesting a lot of ways and by encouraging and motiavting me to change my self for good. I learnt more about my thoughts more in these 3 months than i did in my 16 yrs!

Jiva's experience has been the most fruitful one. My kids have had the most fun time ever with lots of learning. M sure all will stay with my kids for a very very long time. Priyanka has been the most wondeful mentor I could have wished for my kids. Looking forward to more workshops.

I was in quite an ugly emotional space when I first visited Dr. Priyanka Singh. When I look back, I realize that it has been a difficult journey which without Dr. Priyanka's guidance would have turned into a nightmare. The clinic has a very positive vibe about it. From the very first day, the doctor effortlessly created an environment filled with tenderness, empathy and honesty, thus letting me open up without any fear of being judged. And that means a lot as I am quite a bit of an introvert. She analyzed my problems and my behavioral patterns to help me understand their roots which is the key to deal with depression. As easy as that may sound, I can tell you it isn't in any way, however I could get through it with the help of Dr. Priyanka's tact accompanied by her kindness. I would recommend Dr. Priyanka Singh to anyone who finds themselves in a difficult emotional situation without exit doors.

I had a very awesome experience with her. She understands our problems and helps us to find solutions and look life in positive way. This was my first session with a therapist and I didn't know what to expect, whether she'd be judgemental etc etc. But it was the best decision because I've got much more clarity with regards to the issues I had at the start of the sessions . Ma'am is just too patient and her voice itself is so calming and she explains everything so well and also helps you develop healthy mental habits. Overall . My personal development has been great and it was a wonderful experience.

Visited for Stress, Anxiety Disorder. I was suffering from stress,anxiety, used to be very low on confidence,had negative approach towards life,wanted to be a perfectionist in almost everything, used to get sleep terrors. I came across Dr.Priyanka's profile through practo. In the beginning, I was very skeptical about undergoing therapy as I have been facing this issue since many years, then I took the decision to attend one session with Dr Priyanka and I had really good experience with her, she is very calm listener,she analyzes our problem and helps us to overcome them, she suggested me to undergo cognitive behavioral therapy and after few sessions I noticed many changes in my behavior,my anxiety was reduced, I don't get sleep terrors which I was facing since last 8 years,it has stopped completely. I started looking at my life in a positive way. Dr. Priyanka taught me to analyze my moods and thought process and to tackle my problems by myself and not to be dependent on anyone. I'll forever be grateful to Dr. Priyanka as she taught me life's important lesson and overcome my fear and problems,to be the best version of myself.

I have been taking online Therapy sessions with Priyanka ma’am since the last 2 months and it has truly been one of the most life changing experiences. I have been struggling with anxiety since a very long time and learning CBT has helped me calm my nerves and be more tranquil in life. I would definitely suggest you to take counselling sessions if you want to have a more positive outlook towards life.
