Food could have been better if they want themshelves to feature out from other similar hotels like Dayal and Ganga Regency.

Hotel staffs behave well.
I had breakfast booked with room, which was good enough.
Cleanliness can be improved. In my first allotted room, bathroom had very bad smell so I requested to change the room. In the second room, there was no smell but it was not well maintained as per the price charged for one room. For example- Bodylotion bottle had a dead fly in it. Some light bulbs were not working etc.
Hotel has parking space.

3. Restaurant Food is Yummy Tasty.
4. Staffs are Prompt, Sincere & Helpful.
Whenever I visit Jamshedpur (Thrice So Far), Jiva is the Only Place of Stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good & neat rooms. In my room, there was no toiletries. Fortunately, I had brought my things. Water pressure on 3rd floor was low. Then I was shifted to 2nd floor where it was good. Food was awesome. I loved all the dishes I tasted - vegetarian of course. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
