★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an ex-employee of JKT. It has given me a good platform to improve my skills in SAP. It has a balanced work life. There are many good things to learn and many good people to work with, and few not very good things or people to ignore as every organization has. No organization is 100% perfect. But JKT provides good platform for people with good attitude and right approach. I had to reach out to JKT after 8 years for a requirement. The management changed, people changed but I received excellent help from the HR department (Mayuri and Team). They are prompt, swift and cooperative. Their approach is to help and provide the needful with 100% satisfaction. I thank Mayuri, Ullas and team for the quick help fulfilling the requirement accurately. I wish all the best to the team for the coming years. As usual, JKT rocks!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got call for interview even i accepted the call letter but somehow my baby got high fever, cold and cough so i asked them i can't attend interview due to this reason then that hr started to talk loudly and was saying this is the reason she don't wanted to start the interview process with me.
I was saying if i would start work there then you will behave like this then she was saying we are not supposed to work with you and she cut the call.
In interview process she was behaving like this in case i would join the company then what would be the organisation's behaviour.
If they cannot understand this situation then how come theu will cooperate with employees.
Hr name was Srilakshmi. Miss sti behave yourself and then do your job. You are a woman and can't understand this situation. Hats off this company and those employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for interview last month. Appointment times was 11 AM, i reached at 10.45 AM but they made me wait till 12.15 PM and then i came to know interviewer not come so far and some other person took the interview.
Lack of management skills.
Although the company is 125 years old (not seems) but still they have to raise the standards as per MNCs.
Location wise easy to find out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alert ⚠ I attended interviews and told I was selected. They gave me email confirmation and asked to not accept any other offers.I declined all other offers one which had a better package . Few days later saying that the post was internally filled. Worst experience ever.
