Worst ever hospital, they just don't care about patients and their time.. They can start surgery anytime in greed of money and make others wait. Also to add on if you go with any issues they start pitching other services. Here the doctor's should be known as salesman and not a doctor. They just do pitching. Be prepared for 3 hours before meeting the doctor. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

There is no cordination between dr and staff. Every time you have to wait for hours. Most of the time you have to meet jr doctors. We found that even in ivf procedure lack of coordination in staff. They had charged advance money for egg freezing for 6 months . our 6 months came to end on this march but they even not bother to call us regarding this. I just want to say if we paid you in advance it is not your responsibility to just make a single call and inform the patient?

Worst experience ever! Earlier when dr Krishnan Kumar personally used attend patients it was the best hospital in town. But now a days in his absense it's completely into profit making business . sharing my negative pregnancy experiences due to ineffective hospital treatment . Here's how it all began. We consulted here before planning for a baby because I have pcod. Dr advised that I seek treatment & possibly an ivf procedure in order to conceive. Instead i made lil lifestyle changes switched my routine to regular exercises and ayurvedic therapy. I conceived within 6 months & returned here , drs here warned me after my checkup that I had a possibility of miscarriage,I'd have to take harmonal drugs & be on strict bedrest.I put all of my work on hold & focused only on taking care of myself & resting. However, those harmonal tablets were causing me severe vomiting,I stopped them . Inspite of frequently reporting about severe vomittings they kept on changing tablets like try & error. In the middle of my 2nd trimester, I was told that I was at risk of preterm labour in the 7th month, & that I would need stitches. We refused any kind of surgery or stitches & continued to take complete care with a little bit of walking, stretching, & small activities to keep my mind occupied. Yes, it was a gamble. Even though the risks of a preterm birth had practically evaporated by the end of the 7th month, doctors still advised me to have a steroid injection, claiming that it would help the baby's lungs, heart, and brain develop more quickly. Those steroids are extremely harmful to mothers health. We took a chance once more. I'm delighted too report that I made it through 39 weeks of pregnancy and delivered a healthy baby elsewhere without any of the potentially dangerous therapies suggested by drs in jk women hospital... that may have harmed both my body & the health of my baby.We had to change the dr and clinic as the suggestions by drs wer always causing me stress and worries... Although my report's used to be normal... If someone looks at my file it is like a guide book of unnecessary tests every single month.. To sum up, I shared my story to help people become more conscious to understand their own body, to make informed decisions, & to avoid blindly following some Drs .

I had visited the hospital for the first time today. I had interaction with two doctors regarding my visit Dr S Krishnakumar and Dr Nikki. Consultation at a basic level was with Dr Nikki. She seemed a little rude during the start of the consultation. Later the second Dr i.e Dr S Krishnakumar was pretty good at her job. She gave me a clear picture about everything and also cleared all my doubts and solved my queries. Later I was sent to Dr Nikki to understand the dos and don'ts where when asked a question by my husband she was too rude to tell us that we should’ve asked this to the main Dr i.e Dr S Krishnakumar while she herself is a Dr and could’ve easily cleared the doubt rather than being unnecessarily so rude. Later she did answer us. Rest everything well. The staff was polite and helpful. Looking forward to have a better experience going ahead. Would definitely continue my treatment here since apart from Dr Nikki I really had a good experience and liked the environment and the nature of the people here.

Sonography person seems to be very rude. Now since government has announced no need to wear mask, I entered the sonography room without mask, the person was yelling others for allowing patient without mask (but has he forgotten about the news, which is why people have stopped using the mask). And while conducting the Anomaly scan, he was not even explaining anything about the baby..(while in other sonography centers Doctors explain about baby's development). Also in other sonography center, they allow the partner also inside to see the scan, but here previous week when We visited, they were allowing others partner to get in, during my time (after that week) they dint call my partner inside the room.

I have a very positive experience at JK Women’s hospital, throughout treatment and my delivery. It’s a very good hospital with well maintained infrastructure and staff. Doctors are well experienced and good hearted. They are very professional. Dr. Krishna Kumar, Dr. Rohan Krishnakumar and his team(doctors, nurses & helping staff) are a blessing for the patients in need for fertility treatment & other gynaecologist needs.

Unprofessional service of OPD, no one is bothered how much time one patient is waiting. You are supposed to give your details at 3 places (reception, jnr. Doctor consultation, out side OPD of senior doctor) still average waiting period is 1.5-2hrs. The staff has completely mismanaged the patient distribution. After waiting for 2-3 hrs the time you spent for doctors consultation is hardly 3 min. If you get appointment for 12 you will end up waiting for doctor till 2.30. I understand that doctors have to go for emergency, but same doctor is looking at sonography, reports and 3 simultaneous patient at 3 places. How fare is that ? Why can't you appoint more doctors? My experience of this been common for all my visits even for junior doctors and doctor Kumar. For your reply doctor, I have provided the true facts. If you are noting the in-time and out-time, please note it correctly, I was at counter at 12.35 and was in front of doctors desk at 2.30. Yes they arranged the sonography after that as doctor wanted to check the details, we left the hospital at 4 after sonography and report review done by doctor. I am patient of J.K women from last 5 years and I have done my delivery and consultation in same hospital. I am not questioning the integrity of the hospital if that would have been a case I would have never suggested the name of your hospital to anyone, but this is the true feedback. If you can take it generously, it will help me and other patients to manage their time as well as the hospital's time efficiently.
