Please choose wisely and make your contributions. I don't think whatever money is been received by this organisation is reaching the right hands for the right cause.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE CONTRIBUTION. A bunch of my colleagues planned to visit their orphanage over the weekend. Susheela and Vinod (Trustee) have been coordinating with me. We had committed to provide kids the Veg lunch for 3,600 Rs (for 32 kids) and to provide school fees for a kid for 15,600. Since this is a big amount, we had a 3rd party do the due diligence- upon that we found out that this is a Trust which has sufficient funds flowing in. Originally, Susheela asked us to pay 3,600 just for lunch for 32 kids which seems to be really high even if you buy from restaurants. When we tried to confirm the same with Vinod since he is a Trustee, he quoted 4,000. This left me confused, when i tried to confront him the difference he got very irritated and he was very rude in responding. An excerpt from our conversation "If you are confirming from one person, why are you calling another person again. If you are going to do all these audits, we don't need your food or money" and then he hung up. Overall i have had a bad experience and the management is very rude. I feel REALLY SORRY for the girls in the hostel who are in wrong hands. Please decide wisely before contributing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I celebrated my birthday here, Hard to believe that its an orphanage. The maintenance is very good and staff were polite and the children were well mannered and smart.
I had an amazing time with them..
Ms Susheela Rayappan - The only one who maintains this entire orphange without any funds, just on her salary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited this orphanage couple of times. Miss Sushila who runs the girls wing is a teacher at St. Thomas. She has devoted all her resources and time to this orphanage and its was heartwarming to see all the kids living together like a family sharing and caring for each other. The kids were very well mannered and had access to good education setting them up for a better future. The orphanage takes help in kind( groceries, stationary, host lunch dinner on a special occasions, etc) and cash(cheque, cash, online with 80g certificate). Personally, I have hosted my dad s 60th birthday dinner here and have provided groceries couple of time, some times via big basket when I am not able to do that in person.
