★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management, waited 2hrs to check whether my RC card was dispached or not from RTO office. Nobody cares... The person challegwd me go and complaint anybody that he doesn't care to any officials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical government office.The guy who signs the application form before dl test acted like one fool, always shouting on everyone, that clearly showed he was uneducated, officials should try to act as polite as possible, only that can bring dignity to their position rather shouting and making people wait.It just shows that they are showing off their authority rather working with discipline.
At present the technology is so advanced, but here in Bengaluru rtos you have to stand in 4-5 queues, which is mere waste of time,your whole day goes off in rto only.They need to adopt faster procedures for registration.They simply make people wait in sun."Mere show off of government job authority", has no discipline and politeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited room#4 for address change concern, but the officer was very arrogant & not ready to help with what documents needs to be carried for the purpose. This is how govt. employee works, as I was not approaching him via middle man & he was loosing his share. More over the lunch time was for more than 1 hour.
