★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Timings are not strictly followed especially when it comes to test slots. I had to wait for almost couple of hours ahead of my test slot. The tracks are small but good enough for a test.
There are many agencies surrounding the RTO office who can help you throughout the process if required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officials here have completely forgotten that they are here to serve people. These tin-pot-dictators sit under a tree and emanate their ego at people. If you are planning to get 4W dl here without going through a driving school then god bless you. The corruption nexus is deep and profound. Such is the sad state of RTO at this place. Truly unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The officers are well responsible and comfortable to citizens in all the way you need. Good and systematic structure for LL/DL.
For LL/DL/RENEWAL You have to clear online application yourself or with the help of Bangalore-one center/cyber then come to RTO
#for LL You go to challan counter pay the challan fee, then go to Room number-3 for document verification. Then go to Room number-5 for LL TEST that's it
# for DL you have to pay the challan.then go to Room number-11 for verification of original documents(age proof,address proof, vehicle RC INSURANCE, EMISSION CERTIFICATE), then Room number-12 for photography and bio authentication register, then go to track register in Room number 19, then take a test 2 wheeler/4 wheeler/both then submit the application in Room number 19 itself ask for the Results that's all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever get any work done from Anil Kumar - lazy and unskilled person. His shop name is Gokul enterprise.
In five months he could not get 2W ownership transferred and he speaks rude and has no authority inside the rto office. I have a big regret visiting this person. I warn you all never ever consider this place for any rto related work

Like * you will get dl too fast if u go through by agency .
* The agency's or agents charge more fee than actually fee amount .
* U don't need to ride a car on a track instead u pay for them they will drive for u
* The people (staff)who are all working here everyone knows that , but they act like nothing is happened .
* From clerk to big big officer's like inspectors everyone gets bribe here .
* this is most important
* As per government rules agents are agency's are not allowed to do this work or involve
* More than 40 agency's or agents here
Who are all earning more than a software employees do.
* They earn Roughly 10 to 20k per day
This is not my estimation r my assumption. i have been watching this from the last 3 years
* The govt officials will ride these agents and agency's you can watch in YouTube also
* What they do. They demand for money to release them
* The agency's will get information about riding . from the staff of the inside RTO only
* So agents will run away with documents
